- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

- Items returned without original packaging
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.
Please include the following information in your request:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if the product is damaged or defective)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so our support team can review the issue and assist you promptly.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing period:
