Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All included parts, accessories, and documentation must be intact
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Important: Automotive parts that have been installed, modified, or used are not eligible for return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or handling
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

A restocking fee of 10%–15% may be applied to returned items to cover inspection, handling, and restocking costs.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement or full refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
